Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 23, 2026

1. OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for HypurrQuant (“Service”), a self-custodial DeFi terminal operated through our web application and related interfaces. By purchasing a paid subscription or otherwise paying for any feature, you (“User”) agree to this Refund Policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. FREE SERVICE

The core terminal — including LP management, analytics, swaps, and perpetual trading — is free to use. There is no charge for self-custodial use of the Service, and therefore nothing to refund for these features. You always retain custody of your own assets. We never take custody of your funds, and we do not process deposits.

3. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

Paid subscriptions (such as the Pro plan, when available) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.
  • You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date.
  • Prices, plan features, and billing terms are described at the time of purchase.

4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

14-day refund window. If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription charge within 14 days of that charge, provided the request is made in good faith. Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
  • The 14-day window for the relevant charge has elapsed.
  • A refund has already been issued for a prior billing period on the same account.
  • The charge relates to a renewal that you had the opportunity to cancel before the renewal date.
  • The account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or for suspected fraud or abuse.
We may decline refund requests that we reasonably determine to be abusive, fraudulent, or repeated.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNTS

The following amounts are non-refundable because they are paid to or executed on third-party networks and venues and cannot be reversed by us:
  • Blockchain network (gas) fees incurred when you submit transactions.
  • Exchange, venue, and protocol fees charged by third parties (e.g., trading venues, DEXs, bridges).
  • On-chain aggregator swap fees (such as the 0.05% swap fee that balances token ratios when minting LP), because these are executed on-chain at the time of the transaction and are non-reversible.
These pass-through amounts are distinct from subscription fees and are never refunded by us.

6. CANCELLATION

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law or under the 14-day window in Section 4, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

7. STATUTORY RIGHTS (EU / UK CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”). For digital services, by purchasing and beginning to use the Service during the cooling-off period, you expressly request that the Service begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where the service has only been partially performed, any refund may be reduced in proportion to the use already made. This Section does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, contact us with your account identifier and the charge in question: Please include the date and amount of the charge and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

10. CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by updating the “Last Updated” date below. Continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
